Mukkabaaz audience reaction : Anurag Kashyap and Vineet Singh are being applauded simultaneously

Mukkabaaz is one of the first Hindi film release of 2018 and it already seems difficult to surpass it’s tall order of praises. It is touted as one of the best Kashyap film of all time by the audience. Last time Kashyap was able to generate this kind of audience reaction was in Gangs of Wasseypur series. Film received an U/A certificate which is rare for Kashyap as this time he really wanted maximum number of audiences to watch his labor of love. Mukkabaaz is being appreciated in the multiplexes and single screens simultaneously, which is a sight not seen in a long time.

This film has the love and adoration enough to be Kashyap’s most successful film ever by the box office and word of mouth will do the work. Theater response for this film has been fantastic in both half of the film especially in the explosive climax. It has been a matter of passion and nothing else for lead actor Vineet Singh who literally became a boxer in the age when most end up retiring and certainly not starting. In the matter of one year he managed to get in extreme shape and a lethal killing machine.

The year has merely started and he is being called the performance of 2018 that’s the response film was able to generate in the audience. Audience is reacting completely to the characters of the film be it Vineet’s or Ravi Kishan’s. Film dapples into the issues of cast-ism and politics in the sports culture like no other film in India has which is very unique for the audience. In his interviews, Kashyap mentioned that he now wants as many people to watch his film and not only a very less percentage of cinema loving niche. Kashyap will definitely have the widest audience base through this film as it is on it’s way to become a cult.
