After so many collections of songs in the movie Meri Pyaari Bindu, the music directors are again back with a new song- Afeemi. The lead actors Ayushman Khurana and Parineeti Chopra are seen completely drenched in love and also seen in naughty avataar. The song starts with the three magical words I LOVE YOU. What else do you expect from a song to be titled as a romantic number? The music directors of this song are Sachin-Jigar. The lyrics of the song have been written by Kausar Munir, Priya Saraiya and Vayu. The film is directed by Akshay Roy.
From dancing numbers to soothing voices, this album has everything. Now, the makers of the film have released yet another number, Afeemi, which Ayushmann and Parineeti say is their favorite track from the album.
If you watch the video then you will get to know that both Bindu(Parineeti Chopra) and Abhimanyu(Ayushman Khurana)narrate their story of their from best friends to lovers. It also shows us glimpses of Bindu finally achieving her dream of being a singer as in one of the sequences, we see her auditioning at the recording studio and having her own album displayed at music stores.
But as it is said that when we love someone truly, we forget about our own dream. In the movie Anhimanyu aka Ayushman is a novelist but he forgets his dreams of becoming a successful novelist and gets busy in completing Bindu’s dreams.
It seems that both Ayushman and Parineeti are very excited about the movie as both of them have changed their real name to their characters name as Bindu(Parineeti Chopra) and Abhimanyu(Ayushman Khuarana).
Ayushman and Bindu have also tweeted about the song as being their favorite in the entire album and titled the song as being highly addictive.
