Katrina Kaif and Anand Rai making memories on the sets of ‘Zero’

Director Anand Rai took to social media and shared a picture of himself with her actress Katrina Kaif on the sets of their upcoming film ‘Zero’. Cast and crew of Zero are pretty devoted of taking pictures of each other especially Katrina Kaif who has taken it upon herself to constantly update the people with new pictures of Shahrukh Khan through social media handles. Shooting of the film is going on in full phase with Katrina these days as Anushka is busy shooting for her film ‘Sui Dhaaga’ with Varun Dhawan in Chanderi.

Zero is suppose to release on 21 December but considering the nature of the film, makers are looking to complete the shoot of the film well before time so that heavy visual effects can be worked upon because superstar Shahrukh Khan is playing the role of a vertically challenged man or now a frowned upon word dwarf in the film. Shahrukh’s height is reduced about 2  feet for his character through out the film and this kind of CGI might not be seen in any film whatsoever to this capacity. Chris Evans was shrunk digitally for ‘Captain America First Avenger’ but only for a small portion of the film.

Anushka Sharma and Abhay Deol are also an important part of the star cast and apparently Katrina is paired opposite Abhay while Khan will be romancing Anushka. A teaser of the ‘Zero’ was launched on New year in which Khan was actually shown in the vertically shorter version of himself being extremely playful and notorious. Film will be shot in foreign locations as well because poster of the film clearly showcased statue of liberty which is in New York. Anand Rai is known for his Tanu Weds Manu franchise and Raanjhanaa though ‘Zero’ is his most ambitious film yet in terms of scale.
