The most awaited film Baahubali 2 which is not even out in theatres has grabbed reviews from people. But the first person to give review on it is Umair Sandhu, who calls himself a film and fashion critic in UK, UAE and India. Sandhu has given him five stars rating. He compared the CGI in Baahubali The Conclusion to “Hollywood greats” like Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. Sandhu gives perfect ratings to all actors in the movie and is particularly awed by Prabhas who plays the main protagonist Amarendra Baahubali and Mahendra Baahubali in both the movies.
Sandhu appreciates the director for attempting something of this height, dreaming big and acheiving it too. According to him the movie might be a blockbuster now but will surely be remembered for years from now. In one of the tweets he also mentions that the movie got a standing ovation at the UAE Censor Board.
Umair sandhu give special appreciation to Prabhas and Rana Daggubati for an outstanding work and also lauds Ramya Krishnan’s Sivagami for creating an impact. Clearly awed by the SS Rajamouli movie, Sandhu calls Baahubali 2 a ‘marvel’ comparable to the best of Hollywood. In the small review published on his blog, he oohs and aahs about everything from the grand sets to the VFX, sound, edit and cinematography. There is a special mention in the review for the ‘beyond fantastic’ screenplay of the review, and of course jaw dropping story, screenplay, dialogues, music and screenplay.
If we talk about the CGI used in the film, then Baahubali 2 is easily comparable to the Hollywood greats like THE LORD OF THE RINGS series and even the HARRY POTTER series that featured entire towns, cities and regions artificially developed to look realistic. Compared to the usual Indian standard of CGI work in films, the effort and detail that went into making BAAHUBALI 2 is visibly evident in the stunning waterfalls, the spectacular city of Mahishmati, and the sheer cliffs.

On the whole, BAAHUBALI 2 makes you proud that an Indian filmmaker dared to dream big and accomplished it. BAAHUBALI 2 is definitely not to be missed. Call it a box-office blockbuster today, but tomorrow, it will be remembered as a classic.
