Ekta Kapoor and Toilet Ek Prem Katha’s director, Shree Narayan Singh are going to collaborate on a movie which is going to be based on the life and career of Dr Verghese Kurien, who is also known as the Milk man of India. Verghese Kurien was the man who was responsible for pioneering the Anand pattern in which the 70 to 80% of the money of the produce went to the dairy farmers. The movie is going to be based on the book titled,  ‘I Too Had A Dream’, and the rights for it have already been acquire by Balaji films, the production company owned by Ekta Kapoor.

There has been no cast announcements yet, but it is already clear that there would be many stars interested in taking the role of Kurien, as it is a meaty character, and would surely be a challenge for a brave actor who is capable of taking risks.Ekta Kapoor, as influential as she is for the television industry, has also began to take over and change the film industry too.

This new project seems to have been build to give new awareness to people who don’t know much about Kurien, and will be enlightened about his life struggles and career as a way of entertainment. The general audiences seem hyped for the project, and will surely support as more announcements about the talent and the actors involved are made in coming days.
