Bigg Boss Kannada 5 is going to premiere on Sunday and the details involving the number of the contestants has been revealed and the show is going to have 11 celebrities and 6 commoners who’re going to live with each other in the house for close to 3 months. The show is going to be hosted by Kichcha Sudeep, and while the Hindi version of the show has been an all round ratings topper, the Kannada iteration would also attempt to break the barrier be an all round success. The premiere of the show is going to be four hours long, and will include all kinds of extravaganza to welcome the contestants to the house.
Sudeep, who is very excited to host the show, told the press in a statement that he was continually surprised by the show, because it kept on changing and making itself attuned to the wishes of the viewers, adding stuff that is entertaining for everyone who watches the show and that the inclusion of the common man in the show is a great opportunity for them and it would be great to see the people interact with each other.

Among the people rumoured to be contestants on the show are rapper Chandan Shetty, Sihi Kahi Chandru, Anuradha Bhat, Vijayalakshmi, RJ Riaz Pasha.
