Bhoomi movie star Sanjay Dutt who will be making his comeback on the silver screen after completing his jail sentence, is all set to promote his next release Bhoomi on Zee TV’s most successful children’s reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs. The actor will appear on the show this weekend with the official twitter page for Zee TV sharing a picture of the actor on the sets of the show today. Bhoomi, which has been directed by Omung Kumar known for his national award winning film Marykom and Sarbjit, is touted to be in the action- thriller genre. Apart from Sanjay Dutt, the film also stars Aditi Rao Hydari as his daughter, Sharad Kelkar, Sidhant Gupta, Riddhi Sen and Rahul Verma among others.
Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs is a hot favorite among celebrities promoting their new film releases as the reality show with its consistently high TRPs ensures that an upcoming release is brought to the limelight right before it hits cinema screens. This adds to the chances of a high opening box office figure. The show’s 2017 edition has Himesh Reshammiya, Javed Ali and Neha Kakkar on the judges panel with Aditya Narayan performing his host duties. Celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor have all graced the show this year to promote their respective films owing to the show’s tremendous popularity.

Bhoomi which has so far hit headlines owing to the fact that it is Sanjay Dutt’s comeback project, has come out with multiple dialogue promos, songs and posters of the film. All of them give us the vibe that the film is high on emotions and will deal with the precious father daughter relationship between Arun the father played by Sanjay Dutt and Bhoomi played by Aditi Rao Hydari. The film is a revenge drama that showcases the power and resilience within an individual to deal with the wrongdoings done to him/her and bring the perpetrators to justice. Omung Kumar has gone on record to state that Sanjay Dutt’s powerful performance in the film will be remembered even for the next 10 years. Isn’t that a tall claim? Well, we will have to wait and wait.
Bhoomi is all set for release on 22nd September.
