Bhikari review : A Marathi movie which showcases a mother-son relationship

The most anticipated Marathi movie, Bhikari which is a drama and romantic movie is finally in the theatres near you. The movie has been directed by the famous choreographer and film director Ganesh Acharya and features Swwapnil Joshi, Rucha Inamdar, Kriti Adarkar, Sayaji Shinde, Guru Thakur and Millind Shinde.

The movie revolves around the story of a boy who on completing his higher education in London returns to India where his family resides. His mother Sharda takes pride in her son and hands him over the complete Family business. With this the mother and the son start living a healthy and tension free life. But as it is said that happiness is a guest in everyone’s life and it has to go and come. Same was the situation with Samrat whose life takes a turn where he has to make a choice, and a choice that very few will ever take. Now the movie can only tell that what was that decision that he had to take and that changed his life. It can be called a true story based on unconditional love, faith and belief. A story which will define the love between a mother and a child.

A few days ago, a Ganpati song from the movie was launched by the superstars Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt and they felt very happy taking this honor of launching the song as they share a very special bond with the choreographer.
