Bhavesh Joshi Superhero, first look of Harshvardhan Kapoor in Vikramaditya Motwane’s movie released

Two new posters for Vikramaditya Motwane’s upcoming movie, Bhavesh Joshi Superhero, starring Harshvardhan Kapoor have been released. The movie is going to release May 25, so the promotion has just begun and the trailer could be dropping on the internet soon enough. Bhavesh Joshi Superhero is a movie about a vigilante, as is evident by the comic book inspired posters, that are color coded in Yellow and Red, with the protagonist’s face hidden behind a mask. The movie seems to be giving tribute to the comic book characters that have now saturated movies, with franchises already planned about them.

Vikramaditya Motwane has directed critically acclaimed movies like, Udaan, Lootera and Trapped. He has also directed half the episodes of the upcoming Netflix series, Sacred Games, which stars Saif Ali Kha, Naseeruddin Shah and Radhika Apte. Motwane is known for his off beat dramas, and this could be yet another movie that could upend the superhero genre and give something unique to the audiences.

This is Harshvardhan Kapoor’s second movie, after he debuted with Mirzya, which was a critical and commercial flop. But he still won many debut awards for his performance, and this new project is yet another opportunity for the actor to prove his mettle to the audiences. The story and the characters from Bhavesh Joshi have not been revealed as of yet, so it’ll be interesting to see the trailer and other promotional stuff that comes out in the upcoming days.
