Superstar Mahesh Babu just delivered the biggest success of career as far as opening is concerned by the name of ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’. If it continues by this rate then it will be the biggest success of Babu’s career in terms of lifetime collection. His highest grossing movie so far is ‘Srimanthudu’ with the same director and Bharat will perhaps beat the collections. Mahesh’s career was desperately searching for a hit like this for 7 years now and he finally got it in the most routine film which is why no more experiments perhaps.
Budget of the film is not out of control hence producers have already started to make a bank on this one. Somehow Mahesh’s movie market never goes down despite of consecutive flops instead increases everytime he has a film coming up. His loyal fans around the world so crave for him to do well and give them a good film that they line up outside cinemas on the very first day to see what he has in the store now. Quite literally no other superstar would be given this kind of opening if his last hit was 7 years ago and might get the audience on second day if the reports are good but certainly not on the very day of the release.
Babu’s enigma is sometime able to pull the audience in the pre-booking itself and his films show housefull sign below the poster even before the release. Grossing 100 crores on the third day is a massive validation to any film from the audience considering when it is as mediocre as Nenu but still preferred by the people. Telugu audience is so badly use to the routine celebratory escapist cinema with their favorite movie stars that they might not even prefer an experiment let alone support it on the ticket window.
