Baahubali director SS Rajamouli to grace Pakistan International Film Festival

One more feather in the cap of SS Rajamouli has been cordially invited by Pakistan International Film Festival for the screening of Baahubali in Karachi. Baahubali is truly a global phenomenon and a neighboring country like Pakistan which is never in best of relations with India could not keep itself away from this havoc of a film. Since the relation between two countries are barely friendly not a lot of cross borders visits are encouraged especially by celebrities hence it remains to be seen if Rajamouli will accept the invite and reach to the festival.

Baahubali is prepping for a major release in China which can alter the fate of Indian cinema as far as box office is concerned because Indian films are doing massive business out there and which is why Dangal is the highest grossing film of all time. With in the domestic market, Baahubali outgrossed Dangal by four times the collection though in China Dangal made a huge bank of more than 1300 crores to chimp off every other film. Baahubali would easily be the highest grossing film of all time without a second to compete with perhaps after the China release.

Dangal almost simultaneously released in China and people went berserk on the story but Baahubali is officially the most pirated film of all time in Indian cinema hence one wonders that many people in China would have already seen it but still collections would be sky rocketing enough to dwarf Dangal which already is not too far from Baahu. Baahubali was recently released in Japan and it did humongous business with crowd going gaga over scenes in housefull theaters. Baahubali is a very apt depiction of pure raw Indian culture of ancient ages which is why perhaps people of other country get fascinated by it and watch it time and again.
