Baaghi 2 box office collection: Tiger Shroff kicked the weekend to a big bank

‘Baaghi 2’ starring Tiger Shroff has proven to be the most successful project of his career so far because numbers have gone beyond expectations. It seems as though only Nadiadwala knew, how big the film is going to get which is why he announced the part 3 way before the second ever got released. In 21st century film entertainment, an actor can be considered very successful if he/she can run a mainstream franchise on their name and deliver constant successes. Baaghi franchise and Tiger can’t be separated now because it is his character that runs the entire show.

Baaghi is an action based franchise and the likes of which only Tiger can perform. Film opened massive on Friday as it took the biggest opening of 2018 and banked 25.10 crores. Tiger is coming up from two back to back flops and opens the film to this gigantic number. As the day went down, word of mouth started coming in the positive direction which meant that collections will only increase as weekend goes by. On Saturday collections dropped a bit and went down to 20.40 crores which clearly indicated that there were so many people wanting to watch the film and maximum did on Friday except this is not true.

One more dramatic element came in the charts when Sunday collections rose and surpassed Friday by gathering 27.60 crores. Baaghi 2’s entire weekend lived up to 73.10 crores which is gigantic for an actor as young as Tiger. Before that his films mad some money on box office but trade would not expect much out of him though now he will have an additional pressure to deliver this sorts. Scale of Baaghi 2 is huge and displayed the action of a different kind entirely which suggests that if one’s current film is looking good than the past project won’t bother the audience from coming in.
