Andhhagadu movie review: Telugu’s revenge thrilling comic drama

Andhhagadu is a Telugu revenge thrilling comic drama movie is out in theatres from today. It is directed by Veligonda Srinivas and produced by Anil Sunkara. This movie features Raj Tarun and Hebbah Patel in lead roles. The movie has a good portion of romance, action, thriller and drama. Director and Actor tried their best to entertain audiences with their new crispy twist but still, they got the mixed reviews from the audiences as at some points they failed to execute an interesting plot.

The movie with a sweet and crisp twist is based on the Gautham (Raj Tarun) who is blind and the orphan child grows up to become a radio jockey. The plot of the movie revolves around the story of a visually impaired youngster, who is the happy and enthusiastic guy. Gautham entertains the audience with his interesting voice. In between, he meets Nethra (Ophthalmologist) and falls for her. In the initial stage if the relationship, he doesn’t reveal about his blindness and tries to cover up. But once the truth came out, Nethra tries to operate the eyes of Gautham and take his sight back.

Second of the movie is much more interesting than the first half as it is full of comedy and revolves around the life of Gautham and introduction of the actress Hebbah Patel with her glamourous look whereas first half is kind of boring plot of the movie as it only portrayed the story of Gautham.

Although Raj Tarun has delivered the best performance in Andhhagadu and excels every scene of comedy, romance, action and sentimental scenes. And the actress Hebbah Patel absolutely flaunting her sweet expressions and her chemistry with the hero is a highlight of the movie. It features Rajendra Prasad, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao, Raja Ravindra and Ashish Vidyarthi is the supporting roles.

In short and precisely Andhhagadu movie is revenge thrilling comic drama with a different twist in the story. The comedy and drama are blended well and the mixture is just gone with the flow. Overall this movie is an average watch for this weekend.
