For South Indian Bank PO Examination 2018, call letter has been announced today on June 5, 2018. The students can download their admit card from http://ibps.sifyitest.com. Previously South Indian bank has issued a notice regarding the 150 posts of Probationary Officer(PO) on May 16, 2018. The last date for submitting the application was 25 June 2018. The SIB is one of the fastest growing private banks in India is based out of Kerala with head office in Thrissur. The bank has more than 850 branches across India but has a strong presence down south. With over 20 public sector banks in India, officer and clerical cadre vacancies are filled through IBPS common bank exams only. But in private banks such as KVB, South Indian Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank etc,. conduct their own recruitment processes.

For South Indian Bank examination 2018, the minimum age requirement is less than 25 years as on 31-12-2017. For SC/ST Candidates, 5 year age relaxation is available. In terms of Educational qualification, a candidate must have 60% marks in High-school, Intermediate, and should be graduated from any recognized University.

The online examination will comprise the following objective type multiple choice tests as stated below :

Guidelines for South Indian Bank PO Examination

All the tests, related to the examination will be conducted in English only. An applicant can attempt questions as per time allotted to each test. However, an applicant may have to be at the venue for approximately 3 hours including the time required for logging in, the collection of the call letters, going through the instructions etc. All the questions will have multiple choices. Out of the five answers to a question, only one will be the correct answer. Students have to select the most appropriate answer and ‘mouse click’ that alternative which student feel is appropriate/correct. The alternative/ option that applicant has clicked on will be treated as your answer to that question. There will also be a penalty for each wrong answers marked by students. For every wrong answer marked by students, 1/4 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
