Karnataka 2nd PUC Supplementary results 2017 are declared now. Students who have appeared for the results of the Department of Pre University Education Karnataka can now check their results on the official website of Karnataka department i.e., http://pue.kar.nic.in and http://karresults.nic.in. Now students can view their results with scores. The main exams of Karnataka 2nd PUC were conducted from 9 March to 27 March this year. Approximately 6, 84, 247 lakh students had appeared for the main examination of the PUC II Karnataka. And the candidates who have not cleared their exams have appeared for the PUC II supplementary exams that were conducted in May.
The PUC Pre University Department of Karnataka conducted these exams that are equivalent to the 12th class. According to the Department of Pre-University Education that the pass percentage for science in the annual examination stands at 60.71%, while the pass percentage of the commerce course stands at 60.09 percent and 35.05 percent for arts. The pass percentage for the English medium students stands at 61.41 per cent while it is 40.68 for in the Kannada medium.
The pass percentage has improved after the PUC supplementary exam. In PUC supplementary exams there are over 2.51 lakh candidates of which 66,320 candidates passed. In the annual exam Udupi district topped with the highest percentage of 90.01. While the lowest pass percentage was of Bidar with 42.05. The DPUE Department of Pre-University, Government of Karnataka is the body that implements the higher secondary education across the state. And it functions under the department of primary and secondary education. Now students can check their 2nd PUC results on the official.
