The official notification for the LLM course has been released by the government colleges in Kerala by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE). The exam will take place on February 25. The admission is opened for the Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kozhikode and a few private law colleges which has associated with the Kerala. There will be two exams, each of 90 minutes and the duration of exam 1 is 9:30 am to 11 am and duration of paper 2 is 11 am to 12:30 pm. The exam paper will consist of 100 questions. The exam pattern will be objective.
The eligibility criteria for applying to this exam is that the candidate must belong to India and he should be from Kerala background. The minimum educational qualification required for applying to this exam is that the candidate must have done law degree of either 3 years or of 5 years from Kerala or from the universities recognized by Kerala. There is no age limit for applying to this exam. Any candidate of any age can apply for this exam. The last date for submitting the application form is February 7, 2018. The admit card for this exam will be available on February 17, 2018. For admissions to other engineering courses, KEAM exam is also scheduled. It will take place on April 23 and 24. Candidate who wish to get admission in the course of LLM in Kerala must have scored minimum of 50% marks in the course of LLB done from Kerala recognized state. There is no upper age limit for applying to this course. Educational qualification requirement is the necessary requirement for applying for this exam.
