KEAM rank list has been declared today on cee-kerala.org portal. CEE released the rank list today for the engineering and pharmacy candidates who appeared for 2017 entrance examination. Shafil Maheen scored first rank in kerala’s engineering entrance exams. Shafil belongs to Kozhikode.
Vedant Prakash Shenoy scored second in KEAM 2017 examinations followed by Abhilash Khar and Anand George , all three belongs to Kottayam, 90806 candidates appeared for KEAM 2017 examinations this year , out of which 72,440 were declared qualified. For pharmacy stream 21,349 students out of 24,996 were declared qualified.
The Entrance Examination for Engineering courses 2017 was conducted on 24th
(Paper-I: Physics & Chemistry) and 25th (Paper – II: Mathematics) of April 2017. The
scores obtained by the candidates in the Engineering Entrance Examination were
published on 18th May 2017.
Those candidates who had qualified in the Engineering Entrance Examination were supposed to submit Mathematics, Physics,Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology in +2 examination through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Then after CEE consolidation of entrance results and +2 results , final rank list was deduced.
Engineering rank computation : KEAM 2017
Marks obtained by the candidate in the Engineering Entrance Examination is computed from 300 marks and added to marks of Maths, Physics and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology scored in +2 or equivalent. Then final rank score is deduced from total marks scored out of 600.
