JMI entrance exam for B-Tech has been released out. JMI conducts many entrance exam for UG, PG, Diploma and Doctorate courses. The last date for registering to B-Tech application form is March 7, 2018. Candidates has to fill their personal details for completing registration to JMI B-Tech application form. This is a university level examination. The minimum educational qualification required is Class 12th. Approximately 50% marks of Class 12th is added in this. The entrance forms of Journalism are not released by the university. Application forms of Journalism will be released on Feb 6, 2018. By the first week of March, 2018 the applicants can apply for courses offered in Journalism.

The admit card will be available from first week of April 2018. Closing of the admission will take by last week of September, 2018. The mode of filling the application form is online. Application form consist of two phases where the first phase consist of basic personal information and the second phase consist of fee payment and the documents needed to complete the application form. The application of some entrance exam is 700 where the entrance exam of B-Tech is 550. For applying in UG courses the minimum educational qualification is Class 12th and for applying in PG courses the minimum qualification required is graduation in respective field.

Negative marking takes place for wrong answer i.e. 0.25 is deducted. JMI updates all the information on the candidates mail id or phone number regarding the admit card or any update. The result of all the entrance exam will be uploaded on the website i.e.  jmi.ac.in     Candidate must score 30% marks in the entrance test for qualifying the test. Qualified students will then appear for the interview round. Candidates who will withstand the procedure for admission will be qualified. The exam pattern consist of two section where first section comprises of questions related to film industry, art, literature and the second section is basically descriptive. The interview round is 20 minutes in which the recent current affairs are asked.
