Jamia Millia Islamia Admission process for 2018-19 begins

Jamia Millia Islamia has opened admission for 2018-19 process. Any candidate can apply for this online. All the application form and the prospectus of the concerned course is available on the official website. The last date of filling the application form is March 7, 2018. If the candidate fills any wrong information and he wants to correct it, he can do the changes till March 8, 2018. A specific time will be there between which the university will be giving admit card. The admit cards will be given from April 8 to April 13, 2018. The exam will take place in seven centers across the country.

JMI has also launched a PhD portal in which research scholars and their supervisors can track the progress of the student’s thesis from anywhere. This will increase the chances of interaction with the teachers. After submitting thesis, the candidates will be issued an activation code and password allowing them to login. After this, the scholars are asked to fill up a form and upload necessary documents. Students can register for 10 post-graduate and diploma courses. One has to apply before March 7, 2018. The exam will start from April 8 and the session will begin at August 1, 2018. Jamia wants to attract the most talented scholar at the earliest.

The last qualifying result list will be displayed on September 15, 2018. Submission of the first declared result of the qualifying examination for verification in the concerned department/ faculty/ centre of JMI will be released by September 15, 2018. The university will be offering 51 undergraduate courses in all streams. No application form will be accepted after March 7. No candidate will be allowed to write the exam without the admit card. It is necessary for all the candidates to reach the exam center before time. Candidate must visit the official website for any update and for registering www.jmi.ac.in .
