HBSE class 12th Science, Commerce and Arts result 2017 expected today

HBSE is expected to declare class 12th result today for the academic year 2017. The Haryana Board of Education (HBSE) will be releasing its results for class 12th and class 10th examination this week. Students can check their results on the official website of Haryana Board http://hbse.nic.in.

This year over 7.5 lakh students appeared for Haryana Board exam of Class 10th and 12th. Whereas last year, nearly 2.5 lakh students had appeared for the HBSE Class 12 examinations and the pass percentage was 53.96 percent. The girls outnumbered boys by scoring 70.77 per cent while boys were at 55.79 per cent among boys.

Here are the steps to download HBSE results 2017

  • Log in to the official website – http://hbse.nic.in
  • On the homepage, check the ‘what’s new’ section
  • Click on Class 12th results 2017
  • A new page will open
  • Enter your roll number, date of birth and other details
  • The results will be displayed
  • Download and take a print out for future reference

The Haryana Board of School Education was established in Bhiwani in the year 1969. The Board conducts the examinations at the middle, metric (secondary or high school) and senior secondary school (academic and vocational) levels, twice a year, in the state of Haryana through its affiliated schools. In 1970 it conducted its first examination at the Secondary Level and for Higher Secondary in the year 1976. From 1987 Haryana board adopted the 10+2 pattern of education as per the new national education scheme starting to improve the education standard in the state. To fulfill the need of vocational education, it started conducting the vocational examination at intermediate level starting from the year 1990. HBSE, for the convenience of students who are unable to pursue regular education classes, has established the Haryana Open School as well.
