GATE exam is all set to take place from Tomorrow. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exam has already released the syllabus and exam pattern for the upcoming exam that will commence from tomorrow. The exam pattern for this year is that there will be two sections engineering maths and the aptitude test. The education criteria for appearing in this exam is that the candidate must have done graduation. Candidate can visit the official website and can check the syllabus of all the courses there.
The center has already released the admit card for the same. The candidate who are appearing for the exam can download the admit card by today itself. No candidate is allowed to enter the exam hall without the admit card. Candidate also has to keep any identification proof with him otherwise he will not be allowed to write the exam. The engineering maths has a weight-age of 13% and general aptitude of 15% and certain subject will have a weight-age of 72%. Candidate will have to check the center name and his information correctly on the admit card. If the candidate finds anything wrong, he must consult the authority as no candidate will be permitted to enter with wrong information.
No candidate can carry any sort of electronic gadget in the examination hall. There will be people from within the authority to whom the students can submit their mobile phones. All the candidates are asked to reach the exam center one hour before. Candidate will have to focus on all the sections of the exam as scoring the top marks will only be qualified for the admission. Candidate must appear only for those questions they are sure, as it will carry negative marking.
