DMER Maharashtra NEET UG-CET 2017: First Round Selection List for MBBS/BDS courses out at dmer.org

DMER Maharashtra (Directorate of Medical Education and Research) Mumbai has declared the list of candidates who have been selected for admission in the MBBS and BDS courses in Corporate/Government Colleges and Wardha, Sevagram, MGIMS based on merit in NEET UG 2017 exams. Those students who secured rank up to 1,35,000 in NEET 2017 have been selected for admission. Candidates can also search for their names through the college-wise search

Earlier, the selection list for admission to undergraduate medical seats in the state was supposed to be published on July 25, 2017, as per the website of DMER, but was postponed and admission for Dental Colleges and Private Unaided Medical colleges have stayed till the further notice come. While The Association of Maharashtra Dental Colleges and Unaided Private Medical has requested to not to allow the candidates until their certain demands are answered by the concerned authority in a letter dated July 25.

The present selection list was only provided for Corporate/Government colleges and Sevagram, MGIMS. The date for selection list for Private Unaided colleges will shortly be announced by DMER.

Selected student can take admission in the allotted college up to August 2, 2017. The admissions will be closed after 5 pm on August 2, 2017. While August 3, 2017, is the last date to fill Status Retention Form at the allotted college. Those students who have a star mark (*) before their names ‘will need to submit their domicile certificates on or before July 31, 2017, to the allotted college. The mentioned college will then send the domicile certificate to the appropriate issuing authority for verification purpose
