The Cut-off Marks of the SSC CGL Exams 2017 to appear in Tier 3 of exams are declared

SSC CGL Examination 2017’s Tier 3 eligibility criteria is here and the students should meet several criteria set by the SSC. As per the Notice of the Examinations on 16 May 2017, the marks obtained by the candidates in Tier-1 and Tier-2 exams together are considered for deciding the eligibility of the candidates to appear in Tier-3.

The SSC had conducted its Computer based Examinations for Combined Graduate Level (Tier-2) Exams 2017 from 17  Feb 2018 to 22 Feb 2018, they later conducted re-examinations at several venues on 9 March 2018. Based on the marks in the written exams in Tier-1 and Tier-2 and as per the cut-off fixed by the Commission, the candidates qualifying for the Tier-3 are according to the following-

List 1: Candidates qualified for appearing in CGLE 2017 (Tier-3) for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer:

  1. For SC the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2+4) is 500.50 and the available candidates are 573.
  2. For ST the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2+4) is 479.00 and the available candidates are 275.
  3. For OBC the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2+4) is 538.00 and the available candidates are 1456.
  4. For OH the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2+4) is 458.00 and the available candidates are 57.
  5. For HH the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2+4) is 348.25 and the available candidates are 55.
  6. For UR the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2+4) is 573.00 and the available candidates are 1313.
  7. The total candidates who are available for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer are 3719.

In addition to the number of UR candidates shown above, 479 OBC, 22 SC, 4 ST and 1 OH candidates are provisionally qualifying at the UR standards. Such candidates have been shown in their respective categories.

List 2: Candidates qualified for appearing in CGLE 2017 (Tier-3) for the post of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO):

  1. For SC the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2+3) is 200.00 and the available candidates are 655.
  2. For ST the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2+3) is 200.00 and the available candidates are 394.
  3. For OBC the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2+3) is 240.00 and the available candidates are 1914.
  4. For OH the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2+3) is 200.00 and the available candidates are 82.
  5. For HH the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2+3) is 200.00 and the available candidates are 82.
  6. For UR the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2+3) is 280.00 and the available candidates are 1723.
  7. The total candidates who are available for the post of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) are 4850.

List 3: Candidates qualified for appearing in CGLE 2017 (Tier-3) for the posts other than Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer and Junior Statistical Officer:

  1. For SC the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2) is 338.25  and the available candidates are 7669.
  2. For ST the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2) is 311.25  and the available candidates are 3792.
  3. For OBC the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2) is 379.75  and the available candidates are 16045.
  4. For EXM the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2) is 263.50  and the available candidates are 2394.
  5. For OH the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2) is 294.00  and the available candidates are 756.
  6. For HH the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2) is 191.00  and the available candidates are 521.
  7. For VH the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2) is 311.00  and the available candidates are 190.
  8. For UR the Cut-off marks Tier-1+Tier-2 (Paper-1+2) is  415.50  and the available candidates are 15053.
  9. The total candidates who are available for the posts other than Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer and Junior Statistical Officer are 46420.
