CBSE UGC NET application forms are scheduled to be closed on April 5, 2018. Candidates who are interested in filling the application form must visit the website and fill the application form. The UGC NET exam is scheduled to take place on July 8, 2018, by the Central Board of Secondary Education. The age limit has been raised from 28 years to 30 years. Candidates who are filling the application form must check that the candidate fits in all eligibility criteria. The registration for the UGC NET began on March 6, 2018. The registration form fees can be paid until April 6, 2018. Candidate must complete the registration filling procedure by April 5.
Applicants must visit the official website and there one can find the link of the application form. Candidate has to upload all the details which is required. Candidate must take a print out of the application form. Many people make mistake while filling the application form; candidates can make corrections in the application form from April 25 to May 1, 2018. After May 1 no corrections will be made in the application form. The application form fee for the General category is 1000 whereas for the backward category is 500 and for the SC/ST and Transgender is 250.
The educational qualification which is required for filling the application form is at least scoring 55% marks in Master’s Degree. Candidates who are pursuing for the Master’s degree can also apply to this. The NET 2018 paper has been modified and the test will be divided into two paper. Paper 1 will comprise of 50 compulsory questions for 100 marks, the duration of the Paper 1 will be one hour. Paper 2 will contain 100 compulsory questions for 200 marks and will be for a duration of 2 hours. Candidates must complete the process of registration by April 5.
