The Central Board of Secondary Education will declare its Senior School Certificate Examinations 2017 or class 12 results on its website tomorrow. While CBSE has not given an official date, but rumors have been in the air. The notification for confirmed dates will be put up by CBSE a day before. The result related updates will be available at the official portal of the Board at cbse.nic.in and result will be available at cbseresults.nic.in

Though varying result related dates can be seen regarding the CBSE results, students should rely on the official website only. Results will be available at the official exam result portal cbseresults.nic.in. Alternatively students can also check it at results.nic.in or results.gov.in.

The Board will be announcing the result with the help of National Informatics Center (NIC), Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. Though every attempt will be taken by the Board to ensure that students get to see their performance in time; however large number of logins at a time may slow down the website for a while. Students and parents are advised not to panic in such cases and retry a bit later. Many a times it happens, that when students fail to attempt getting the results at one go, they panic and become extremely tensed.

It is very important at the time of results that the candidates have their roll number, date of birth and name (as mentioned in the board admit card) for accessing the result otherwise it creates a great fuss as these are the usual login credentials for retrieving exam results.

Steps to check the results:

1. Go to the official website of CBSE that is cbseresults.nic.in
2. Click on the option results
3. Put your roll number and other essential details asked
4. Result will be on your computer screens
Immediately after downloading the result, candidates are advised to keep a copy of the result for future reference purpose.
