UP Board Result 2017: Steps to check results for Class 10th and 12th

The UP Board Result 2017, Uttar Pradesh Board to be declared its result for Class 10th and Class 12th examination today at 12:30 pm. Students who have appeared for the examination of UP Board Class 10th and 12th exams can their results on the official website of Uttar Pradesh Board i.e. http://upresults.nic.in. Around 34.04 lakh students have registered and appeared for the examination of Class 10th whereas 26.24 lakh students have appeared for the examination of class 12th, this is the largest board exam which held in the country.

Students can also visit the alternative website like http://examresults.nic.in and indiaresults.com in case they are not able to check their results on the official website.

Here are the steps to check results the UP Board Result 2017 Class 10th and 12th

  • Visit and log on to the official website of the UP Board i.e., http://upresults.nic.in
  • Then Click on the tab of UP Board Result 2017 exams
  • Enter your required details such as name, roll number and registration number
  • Click on the submit button then result will appear on the screen
  • Then Download your result and take a print out for your further reference

The exam of UP Board exam is conducted by Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP), which was set up at Allahabad in the year 1921. Uttar Pradesh Board is one of the biggest examination organisation which is affiliated with around 22,000 schools.

This year results were delayed because of five states elections and also due to the board cracked on episodes of mass cheating. The UPMSP or UP Board cancelled the examination which held at 54 centres while 57 centres were debarred from holding board exams in future.

In 2016, total 67.5 lakh UP Board Exam for Class 10th and Class 12th in which 37.5 lakh students appeared for Class 10 and 30.5 lakh students for Class 12. Last year results were declared on May 15, 2016, where the pass percentage was around 87.66 percent and 87.99 percent respectively.
